Honda Cars of Rockwall is seeking a friendly Service Greeter to welcome customers at the service desk, manage the front-reception area, and assist with light administrative tasks in Rockwall, TX.

The ideal candidate has customer-facing experience, basic computer skills, and availability for evenings and weekends. This on-site role emphasizes courtesy, accuracy, and timely information delivery to guests.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record in your state.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
• Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages.
• Provide basic information to customers, such as directions and hours of operation.
