Job summary

Honda Cars of Rockwall is seeking a Service Greeter to warmly welcome customers in our Rockwall, TX location. You’ll manage the reception, answer calls, and provide basic information such as directions and hours. The role supports our service team and requires friendly, customer-focused service.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years in customer-facing roles, ability to stand for long periods, basic computer skills, and a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends. A valid driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
