Cavender Subaru of Norman, part of Cavender Auto Family, is seeking a Service Porter to support our service department and ensure a smooth customer experience. You will greet customers, move vehicles, and keep the service drive organized while assisting the team.

We value enthusiasm, reliable work ethic, and strong communication. This role offers opportunities for growth within a trusted automotive group known for its customer relationships.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Enthusiastic and motivated with a customer-service mindset.
• Engaging personality with strong communication skills and a willingness to help customers.

Mansioni

• Stage vehicles and greet customers as they arrive.
• Greet customers entering the service drive and guide them.
• Direct customers to the appropriate area and interact with courtesy.
• Prepare and move vehicles from the service drive to the parking area.
• Keep the service drive clean, organized, and assist the service team as needed.
• Maintain clear drive lanes by parking vehicles, recording inventory, and storing keys.
• Assist the service team with miscellaneous duties as required.

Here is what you will be doing:

• From staging vehicles to greeting customers, this role is essential to the function of the dealership
• Greeting customers as they enter our service drive
• Direct customers where to go and interact with them in a friendly, caring manner
• Prepare and move vehicles from service drive to parking area
• Clean, organize service drive and assist service team as needed
• Keep the drive clear by parking cars, recording inventory, and storing keys
• Supporting the service team, as needed, through miscellaneous duties

Here is what you will need:

• High School Diploma/GED is required
• Successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver's license
• Enthusiastic and motivated individual seeking an opportunity to be successful
• Engaging personality with strong communication and customer service skills
• Customer service experience preferred
