Job Description
The Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of vehicles and ensuring smooth vehicle movement within the dealership. This role also provides shuttle services to customers as needed.
Essential Job Functions
- Wash and clean vehicles to ensure they are presentable for customers.
- Shuttle customers to and from the dealership safely.
- Move and park vehicles within the dealership lot to maintain organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Work Environment
- Regular exposure to outdoor weather and moving vehicles.
- Moderate noise level.

Physical Demands
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands.
- Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Compensation & Benefits
- The employee will be paid an hourly wage of $15.00–$17.00 per hour. Starting pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, education, and geographic location.

Performance-Based Bonus
- The employee may be eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus, determined by individual and company performance. Bonus eligibility is based on key performance metrics, including goal achievement, work quality, and overall contribution. Bonuses are not guaranteed and are awarded at the employer’s discretion. The employee must be actively employed and in good standing at the time of payment.
