Job summary

Garden Grove Hyundai is hiring a Service Porter to greet customers, prep vehicles for pickup, and assist the service team. The role supports technicians and advisors while maintaining an organized service drive and clean customer areas.

Fluency in English and Spanish or Vietnamese is preferred, and a valid CA driver’s license is required. We offer an entry-level path with training, opportunities for growth within the automotive service department, and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• A valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in an automotive dealership preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Bilingual in English and either Spanish or Vietnamese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers dropping off vehicles for service.
• Prepare vehicles for pickup and remove service liners.
• Move and park vehicles safely around dealership and service areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service drive and customer lounge.
• Assist technicians and service advisors with vehicle coordination.
• Handle key organization and manage vehicle inventory on-site.
• Report to the service manager and support daily operations.
