Job summary

Garden Grove Hyundai is hiring a Service Porter to support our busy service drive in Garden Grove, CA. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in a dealership environment and daily interactions with customers and technicians.

You'll greet customers, prepare vehicles for pickup, move and park cars, and keep the service area tidy. The role is 35 hours per week, with variable shifts and a pay of $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid California driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in an automotive dealership.
• Previous experience in a customer service position.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Bilingual in English and Vietnamese.
• Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a busy workplace.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers dropping off vehicles for service appointments.
• Prepare vehicles for pickup by removing service liners and returning to service drive.
• Move and park vehicles safely around the dealership and service areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service drive and customer lounge; assist technicians and service advisors.
• Handle key organization and manage vehicle inventory on-site; report to the service manager.

What You’ll Do

• Move and park vehicles safely around the dealership and service areas Maintain cleanliness of the service drive and customer lounge Assist technicians and service advisors with vehicle coordination Handle key organization and manage vehicle inventory on-site You’ll work in and around the service department and report to the service manager.
