Job summary

Complete Building Services (CBS) provides specialized plumbing and gasfitting services in commercial and government facilities, operating as the largest division of The Donohoe Companies, Inc. CBS seeks a skilled journeyman plumber to perform all aspects of commercial service plumbing, backflow testing, and gasfitting.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm with overtime as needed. Requirements include a Journeyman license, Backflow certification, and a valid driver’s license, plus 5+ years

Qualifications

• Journeyman license is required.
• WSSC certification is a plus.
• Backflow certification is required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Minimum of five years of service plumbing experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect plumbing systems as required.
• Provide direction to subcontractors for repairs.
• Interface with building managers to ensure client satisfaction.
• Document work performed on trouble tickets or work orders.
• Place and remove plumbing systems, hardware, and equipment as required.
• Purchase materials and maintain inventory for timely completion.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

The Plumber should have a Journeyman's license and will perform all aspects of commercial service plumbing and gasfitting, backflow testing and repair. Install, troubleshoot, service and repair plumbing systems in office buildings, and other commercial establishments as assigned. Hours Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (overtime as needed) Salary $45-$55

• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems as required
• Provide direction and support to sub-contractors designated to perform repair of equipment and/or hardware
• Interface with building managers and other customer representatives in order to ensure client satisfaction
• Accurately document work performed on trouble tickets or work orders
• Place and/or remove systems, hardware and equipment as required
• Purchase materials and supplies, and maintain inventory as required for timely work completion
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent

License Requirement

• State License Journeyman in Plumbing
• Big Plus - WSSC certified
• Backflow Certification is a Requirement
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

Experience and Physical Expectations

• Minimum of five (5) years of plumbing experience within a service role
• Able to lift to sixty (60) pounds
• Capable of ascending ladders up to a height of thirty (30) feet
