Job summary

Complete Building Services (CBS), a major division of The Donohoe Companies, seeks a Journeyman plumber for commercial service work in Kentucky. The role involves plumbing, gasfitting, backflow testing and related repairs in office buildings and government facilities.

Candidates should have a State Journeyman license, backflow certification, and at least five years of service plumbing experience. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to lift 60 pounds and climb ladders as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in plumbing service roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial service plumbing and gasfitting, backflow testing and repair.
• Install, troubleshoot, service and repair plumbing systems in office buildings and commercial sites.
• Coordinate with building managers and customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Document work on trouble tickets or work orders.
• Order materials and maintain inventory for timely completion.

Responsibilities

The Plumber should have a Journeyman's license and will perform all aspects of commercial service plumbing and gasfitting, backflow testing and repair. Install, troubleshoot, service and repair plumbing systems in office buildings, and other commercial establishments as assigned. Hours Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (overtime as needed) Salary $45-$55

• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems as required
• Provide direction and support to sub-contractors designated to perform repair of equipment and/or hardware
• Interface with building managers and other customer representatives in order to ensure client satisfaction
• Accurately document work performed on trouble tickets or work orders
• Place and/or remove systems, hardware and equipment as required
• Purchase materials and supplies, and maintain inventory as required for timely work completion
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education Requirements with one of the following

• High School diploma or equivalent

License Requirement

• State License Journeyman in Plumbing
• Big Plus - WSSC certified
• Backflow Certification is a Requirement
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

Experience and Physical Expectations

• Minimum of five (5) years of plumbing experience within a service role
• Able to lift to sixty (60) pounds
• Capable of ascending ladders up to a height of thirty (30) feet
