Job summary

Complete Building Services (CBS) is seeking a commercial plumber with a Journeyman license to service office buildings and other commercial facilities. You will install, troubleshoot, service and repair plumbing and gas systems, and perform backflow testing.

Hours are Monday–Friday 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with overtime as needed. Requirements include high school diploma or equivalent, State Journeyman license, backflow certification, and at least five years in a service role; WSSC certification is a

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems as required
• Interface with building managers and other customer representatives to ensure client satisfaction
• Accurately document work performed on trouble tickets or work orders
• Purchase materials and supplies, and maintain inventory for timely work completion
• Perform other related duties as assigned

About the Role

The Plumber should have a Journeyman's license and will perform all aspects of commercial service plumbing and gasfitting, backflow testing and repair. Install, troubleshoot, service and repair plumbing systems in office buildings, and other commercial establishments as assigned. Hours Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (overtime as needed) Salary $45-$55

• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems as required
• Provide direction and support to sub-contractors designated to perform repair of equipment and/or hardware
• Interface with building managers and other customer representatives in order to ensure client satisfaction
• Accurately document work performed on trouble tickets or work orders
• Place and/or remove systems, hardware and equipment as required
• Purchase materials and supplies, and maintain inventory as required for timely work completion
• Perform other related duties as assigned

You Should Have

Education Requirements with one of the following

• High School diploma or equivalent

License Requirement

• State License Journeyman in Plumbing
• Big Plus - WSSC certified
• Backflow Certification is a Requirement
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

Experience and Physical Expectations

• Minimum of five (5) years of plumbing experience within a service role
• Able to lift to sixty (60) pounds
• Capable of ascending ladders up to a height of thirty (30) feet
