Job summary

Complete Building Services (CBS), The Donohoe Companies’ DC division, seeks a Journeyman Plumber for commercial service work in offices and government facilities. You will perform plumbing, gasfitting, backflow testing, and related maintenance. Hours: Mon–Fri 7:00–3:30 with overtime as needed.

Salary: $45–$55 per hour. Requirements: State Journeyman Plumbing License, WSSC certification, Backflow Certification, five years of service plumbing experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• License requirements include a State Journeyman Plumbing License, Backflow Certification, and WSSC certification.
• Minimum of five (5) years of plumbing experience in a service role is expected.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems as required.
• Provide direction and support to sub-contractors designated to perform repair of equipment and/or hardware.
• Interface with building managers and other customer representatives to ensure client satisfaction.
• Accurately document work performed on trouble tickets or work orders.
• Place and/or remove systems, hardware and equipment as required.
• Purchase materials and supplies, and maintain inventory as required for timely work completion.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

The Plumber should have a Journeyman's license and will perform all aspects of commercial service plumbing and gasfitting, backflow testing and repair. Install, troubleshoot, service and repair plumbing systems in office buildings, and other commercial establishments as assigned. Hours Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (overtime as needed) Salary $45-$55

Education Requirements with one of the following

• High School diploma or equivalent

License Requirement

• State License Journeyman in Plumbing
• Big Plus - WSSC certified
• Backflow Certification is a Requirement
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

Experience and Physical Expectations

• Minimum of five (5) years of plumbing experience within a service role
• Able to lift to sixty (60) pounds
• Capable of ascending ladders up to a height of thirty (30) feet
