Job summary

Hansen Super Techs is seeking a self-motivated Service Plumber in Mobile, AL. This full-time role offers uncapped pay potential through commission, with a salary range of $60,000 to $120,000 per year and a full benefits package.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with codes and delivering excellent customer service. Relocation to Mobile is required if applicable.

Qualifications

• 4 years of plumbing experience required.
• Current plumbing certification as required by state.
• Plumbing degree, license, or apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing and drain issues.
• Execute effective troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of plumbing issues.
• Perform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues.
• Provide comprehensive plumbing services for residential customers.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Interact professionally and honestly with customers to help them understand plumbing concerns and solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have been completed.
• Educate customers on best practices for their plumbing systems.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures.
• Attend appropriate safety training as required by the company.

• 1-5 Years Plumbing experience preferred

• Plumbing degree, license, or apprenticeship

• Current plumbing certification as required by state

• Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
