Job summary

Air Tech of Houston is seeking a skilled plumber to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Houston, TX. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing issues, install and maintain systems, and ensure code compliance while delivering excellent customer service.

We offer uncapped pay potential with strong benefits, ongoing training, and growth opportunities. A valid Tradesman/Journeyman/Master license is preferred, along with 3+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years plumbing experience required.
• Valid plumbing license (Journeyman or Master preferred).
• Familiar with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential and small commercial plumbing issues to diagnose.
• Troubleshoot to identify root causes of plumbing issues.
• Perform timely repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues.
• Provide comprehensive plumbing services for residential customers.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Educate customers on best practices for their plumbing systems.
• Maintain detailed service records with before/after photos.
• Adhere to safety protocols and attend required safety training.

What you will do:

• Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing and drain issues
• Execute effective troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of plumbing issues
• Perform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues
• Provide comprehensive plumbing services for residential customers
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations
• Interact professionally and honestly with customers to help them understand pluming concerns and solutions
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have been completed
• Educate customers on best practices for their plumbing systems
• Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures
• Attend appropriate safety training as required by the company

Who you are:

• 3+ Years Plumbing experience preferred
• Plumbing license: Tradesman, Journeyman or Masters
• Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
