Qualifications

• Three or more years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and their on-the-job application.
• Proven soldering, fixture installation, leak detection, and repair skills.
• Commitment to ongoing education and training.
• Clean, safe driving record.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to improve as a plumber and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Understand residential plumbing systems to troubleshoot and diagnose issues, including water heaters, fixtures, drains, and sewer lines.
• Educate homeowners and provide detailed option sheets with the right products and services.
• Help customers choose financing options and maintenance plan memberships.
• Make repairs and test for functionality and leaks.
• Exceed revenue goals and uphold service criteria.
• Present yourself as a professional, knowledgeable expert to earn referrals and repeat business.
• Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure the team's overall success.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and a well-inventoried truck.
• Participate in training, morning meetings, and company events.
• Complete invoices, timecards, customer feedback, and option sheets accurately and on time.
