Job summary

TruGreen is seeking a Dispatcher/Route Planner to optimize daily and weekly service routes. You will use route analysis software, maintain customer data, and report metrics to the Service Planning Supervisor.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1-2 years in dispatch or customer service, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a team. This role supports field personnel by coordinating schedules and ensuring efficient service delivery.

Maintains geographic codes, addresses and customer information. Reports metrics on a daily basis to Service Planning Supervisor.
