Job summary

TruGreen is seeking a Dispatcher/Route Planner to optimize daily and weekly service routes. You will use route analysis software, maintain customer data, and report metrics to the Service Planning Supervisor.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1-2 years in dispatch or customer service, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a team. This role supports field personnel by coordinating schedules and ensuring efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and/or experience in the service industry
• 1–2 years of related dispatch or customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Creates approximately 70 route plans using route analysis software.
• Communicates routes within assigned territory to service personnel.
• Summarizes and reviews plans daily with the Service Planning Supervisor.
• Creates summary reports daily and provides to supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
