Our Service Pipefitting Foreman supervises, coordinates, inspects, and performs the assembly, installation, and repair of components, subsystems, and systems for the piping trade during the construction, tenant finish-out, or remodel of commercial buildings and industrial facilities.

Essential Duties
  • Prepares material take-offs, layouts systems, and makes isometric and schematic sketches from blueprints, specifications, submittals, and job orders.
  • Participates in job planning, manages schedules, man-hour needs, and staffing based on equipment and tools knowledge.
  • Coaches, mentors, and guides craft workers (piping trade).
  • Schedules and coordinates activities of craft workers and operation of equipment, verifying staff certifications.
  • Inspects work in progress and completed work for conformance to specifications.
  • Ensures safety by eliminating hazards and performing safety observations.
  • Coordinates materials, tools, and supplies, and maintains inventory.
  • Verifies delivered materials and equipment match approved submittals.
  • Works with tools to meet schedules or other demands.
  • Identifies conflicts or clarifications needed in contract documents.
  • Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Pipefitter Foreman.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Technical training or Associate’s Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
  • Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints.
