Doyle Equipment Manufacturing Company is seeking a Service Support Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service for Doyle fertilizer handling equipment. You will act as the main contact for parts, service needs, and equipment information, while supporting the Service Department with accurate documentation and cross-functional coordination.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple requests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of technical or product support experience.
• Proficiency with service management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with equipment installations, startups, and commissioning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers seeking replacements, service, or information.
• Collect accurate job information: customer contact, equipment model/serial, parts, issue.
• Provide timely updates on parts availability, service work, and billing.
• Create and maintain service work orders and documentation.
• Coordinate with Parts, Engineering, Service, and Sales to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of parts orders and service history.
