Job summary

Farmry, Inc. is seeking a Farm Equipment Service and Pre-sales Specialist to support customers in selecting tractor attachments and coordinate after-sales care.

You’ll work with our service center, warehouse, and eCommerce teams to ensure a smooth journey from order to service, handling warranty cases, parts assistance and basic troubleshooting. You will assist sales with product information, quotes, and order processing while building strong customer relationships through timely support and

Qualifications

• 3+ years in farm equipment, mechanical service, or customer support.
• Understanding of tractor attachments and basic mechanical concepts.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple service cases at once.
• Experience with CRMs, spreadsheets, and basic order platforms.
• SAP/Service Management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assist with troubleshooting, repairs, warranty cases, and parts identification
• Coordinate repairs, replacements, and logistics with the service team
• Help customers choose farm implements based on tractor specifications
• Process service tickets, RMA requests, and order adjustments
• Maintain accurate CRM and service records
• Provide timely and reliable support to build strong customer relationships
• Assist sales with product information, quotes, and order processing
