Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years in product service, product development, supply chain, or related field.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Service Part Project Leaders in developing and reviewing Service Parts Lists.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Product Marketing to forecast buy quantities.
• Create and update service part quotes and pricing for partners and customers.
• Ensure accuracy of service part master data and related costs/pricing.
• Analyze inventory and support service parts availability at launches.
• Report on service parts performance and KPI positions.
