Job summary

Lucid Motors invites applications for a Service Parts Advisor (back counter) to oversee parts operations in the service center and maximize ROI through inventory management. You will support technicians with timely parts, manage transfers, and generate accurate estimates for customers and fleets.

The role requires 2–5 years in a parts-advisor capacity, proficiency in catalog searches, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. A forklift certification is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Service Parts Advisor (back counter).
• Proficiency in parts catalog search for repairs.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage parts inventory and drive operations.
• Maintain inventory control system and conduct inventories.
• Order parts and special-order items for repairs.
• Receive, stock, and organize parts efficiently.
• Coordinate parts transfers between Lucid Service locations.
• Provide parts estimates for customers, insurers, or fleet vehicles.
• Stay updated on part revisions and refresh inventory accordingly.
• Aim for a high First Time Fill Rate (FTFR) for the Parts Department.
• Oversee warranty returns and ensure proper processing.
• Interpret automotive terminology for accurate part searches.
• Promote sales of accessories per Lucid guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
