Job summary

Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting seeks an experienced SAP Business Process Lead, Materials Planning & Logistics to drive regional SAP implementations and standardize end-to-end Material Planning and Logistics processes across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has deep Supply Chain and SAP expertise, strong workshop leadership, and the ability to bridge business operations and IT with implementation partners. Regular travel and collaboration across divisions are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP implementation experience across regional settings.
• Deep knowledge of Materials Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics and Manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and drive process standardization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions and regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Materials Planning and Logistics processes during SAP implementations.
• Conduct blueprint and design workshops to capture requirements and future-state processes.
• Translate requirements into standardized SAP solutions with IT and partners.
• Define regional process standards for Material Planning, Inventory Management, Warehousing, and Logistics.
• Perform Fit-Gap analyses and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support testing, training, data readiness, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Ensure governance and alignment across divisions.
• Act as the business representative between Supply Chain operations and SAP teams.
• Coordinate SAP rollout across multiple units and locations.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress and risks.
• Support change management and end-user training.
• Align regional requirements with local business needs.
• Assist integrations between SAP and third-party systems (EDI, MES, WMS, BI).
• Drive adoption of global standards and best practices.
