Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas is seeking a Master Planner with strong MRP experience to lead the parts team and drive SAP MRP efficiency at the Orlando Service Center. The role focuses on on-time delivery, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration across sourcing, engineering, and manufacturing.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years in material resource planning, excellent analytical skills, and experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a technical field or business
• APICS training or certification preferred
• Minimum 10 years in material resource planning roles
• Deep knowledge of SAP MRP transactions and reporting
• Familiarity with import/export processes and foreign trade zones
• Strong analytical and communication skills across levels of an organization
• Ability to lead a team and drive process improvements

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Material Resource Planners
• Drive MRP best practices and inventory optimization
• Oversee demand planning, supply planning, and capacity planning
• Monitor inventory KPIs and forecast accuracy
• Maintain material master data and BOM strategies
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sourcing
• Provide strategic recommendations for inventory optimization
