Job summary

U.S. Xpress is hiring a Service & Parts Coordinator in Duncan, SC to manage repair orders, coordinate service appointments, and keep drivers informed of status. You will order parts, stock inventory, and maintain organized records in a fast-paced shop environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year in a service coordination or parts-related position, with transportation/logistics experience a plus. On-site work with full benefits and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year in a service coordinator role is required.
• Experience in parts management or shop support is preferred.
• Transportation, Logistics, and/or Tech industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate, monitor, and close repair orders with accuracy.
• Coordinate service appointments and communications with customers.
• Provide updates to drivers on repair status.
• Order and procure parts and ensure timely delivery.
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts.
• Maintain up-to-date service files and records.
• Collaborate with supervisors to troubleshoot service or parts concerns.
