Job summary
GLORY in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Service Parts Planning & Systems Analyst to optimize service parts availability, inventory, and planning execution using forecasting tools and our JD Edwards ERP. You will generate forecasts for FRU, spare parts, and repair kits, maintain Baxter parameters, and collaborate with distribution centers and field teams to improve KPI-driven decisions.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 3–7+ years in supply chain planning, and strong
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
- 3–7+ years in supply chain forecast and demand planning.
- Strong ERP knowledge: JDE/Oracle preferred.
- Experience with data analytic tools and BI dashboards.
- Global or multi-region supply chain experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage forecasts for FRU, field service spares, and repair kits.
- Maintain system planning parameters within the Baxter system.
- Identify opportunities to optimize inventory between the Distribution Center, Forward Stocking Locations, and FSE Van Stock; develop KPIs for data-driven decisions.
