Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a contract Forecasting & Parts Analytics professional in Illinois to develop and manage service parts forecasts using historical data, engineering input, and field feedback. You will partner with Product Support, Engineering, Supply Management, and Marketing to align service part requirements, manage fulfillment, and drive inventory strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in operations support functions such as purchasing, warehousing, or logistics.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop forecasts for new service parts using historical data, engineering inputs, product support feedback, and product knowledge.
• Review forecast performance and recommend adjustments to improve accuracy and inventory availability.
• Collaborate with Product Support, Engineering, Supply Management, and Marketing teams to define service part requirements.
• Manage order fulfillment activities to ensure timely availability of service parts.
• Develop and implement strategies to support inventory levels and meet master schedule requirements.
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Support business objectives by following established processes, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and service parts support performance.
