Job summary

Southeast Toyota Distributors, LLC in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Senior Parts Supply/Distribution Analyst to optimize inventory, forecast demand, and manage replenishment for the PDCs in Jacksonville and Norcross, GA.

You will analyze data with Blue Yonder and D365, collaborate with Field Teams, Dealers, and suppliers, and drive metrics like order fill rate and inventory turns while supporting relocation if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years in supply chain, procurement, distribution or inventory planning.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office; proficiency with BI/analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble data and evaluate supply chain performance.
• Establish inventory levels for Toyota Parts and Accessories.
• Create replenishment orders and forecasts using system tools.
• Manage parts data, POs, and dealer information in D365.
• Interface with suppliers to address discrepancies and expedites shipments.
• Support achievement of order fill rate and inventory turns targets.
• Review dashboards to communicate supply performance and inventory health.
• Liaise with Field Teams, Vehicle Processing Centers, Dealers, and partners.
