Job summary

JM Family Enterprises seeks a Senior Parts Supply/Distribution Analyst based in Jacksonville, FL, to support PDCs in Jacksonville and Norcross, GA. You will analyze inventory, forecast demand, and optimize replenishment using Blue Yonder and D365.

The role requires 2+ years in supply chain or distribution, strong data skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to improve service levels and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in supply chain, procurement, distribution, or inventory planning.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL-based tools.
• Knowledge of Blue Yonder Planning Solutions and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble data, evaluate supply chain performance, and establish inventory levels for parts.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
• Create replenishment orders and forecasts using system tools.
• Manage parts data, purchase orders, and dealer information in D365.
• Interface with suppliers to address discrepancies and expedite shipments.
• Help drive division objectives: order fill rate, inventory turns, obsolescence expense oversight.
• Review dashboards to communicate supply performance and inventory health.
• Coordinate with Field Teams, Vehicle Processing Centers and Dealers to improve processes.
