Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Field internal and external customer inquiries to the Service Department.
• Open and maintain control of work orders as directed.
• Maintain the Service Department filing and records.
• Update customer profiles using information from work orders.
• Prepare replacement orders for supplies and accessories.

Skills

Basic knowledge of accounting practices

Ability to use and understand desktop applications
