Job summary

Essilor Instruments is seeking a Service Coordinator – Service & Parts to manage end-to-end service work orders and inventory coordination. The role acts as a key liaison among customers, sales, technicians, and vendors to ensure timely service delivery and accurate parts fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, experience with ERP/service systems, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily flow of service work orders for field & depot service teams.
• Assign, prioritize, and track service activities to ensure timely completion and resource utilization.
• Serve as primary contact for service-related inquiries from customers, sales, and teams.
• Monitor service progress to ensure customer satisfaction and proper invoicing.
• Escalate scheduling, service execution, or customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
