Jahabow LLC in Owensville, MO is seeking a Shipping & Order Processing Specialist to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely shipment execution. You will process service orders, review details, and coordinate with warehouse teams to move parts through picking, packing, and shipping.

The role requires ERP/MRP proficiency, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This position is full-time and on-site in Owensville.

Qualifications

• Experience navigating ERP or MRP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Previous experience in shipping, order processing, or warehouse operations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Processing service orders and shipping transactions using ERP/MRP systems.
• Reviewing order details from spec sheets, customer orders, and Bills of Materials.
• Coordinating with warehouse/material handlers for picking and packing parts.
• Tracking order progress to ensure timely completion.
• Performing daily shipping transactions using carrier systems (UPS, FedEx).
• Communicating shipment status (on-time or delayed) with the Shipping Manager.
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating availability of products and crate materials.
• Conducting audits to ensure order and shipping accuracy.
• Supporting urgent service requests and expediting orders when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
• Ability to pass a tape measure assessment
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Ability to safely use a packaging stapler
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
