ZwickRoell, LP is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator in Kennesaw, GA to manage quotes for labor, parts, and training; oversee data accuracy and service activities; and coordinate with field engineers, finance, and shipping teams. The role supports service contracts, billing, and order execution in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree or 1–3 years of related experience, plus proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Word, and CRM systems. U.S.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred or 1–3 years of work experience.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills and pay close attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Create quotes for labor, spare parts, training, and service contracts.
• Ensure accurate processing of customer data and generate Service Activities (SA).
• Submit quotations for new and renewal service contracts before warranty/expiration and follow up with customers.
• Meet or exceed service department goals for quotations, quotation volume, order entry and revenue.
• Process customer orders for spare parts and labor; document requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to support installations, billing, and equipment ordering.
• Consolidate and submit service billings weekly; resolve discrepancies.
• Manage shipments and track orders; answer phone lines.
• Arrange international and domestic shipments; communicate with carriers.
• Work with FSEs to reschedule jobs and perform office tasks.
• Quote, coordinate, and schedule ZwickAcademy Training at Kennesaw office.
• Follow policies and seek supervisor guidance as needed.
