The supervisor will manage a team, oversee parts orders and inventory, ensure certification levels, and collaborate with Service Purchasing. Salary ranges from $45,000 to $50,000+ per year.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and ability to manage multiple customers and projects.
• Proven leadership capabilities and supervisory experience in a service/retail setting.
• Certifications (A+ and Apple) required within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to the Computer Service Repair Department and Knowledge Bar associates.
• Manages parts orders, returns, and inventory quality control.
• Oversees cycle counts, inventory turns, obsolescence, and markdowns with Service Purchasing.
• Ensures customer service standards are met and resolutions are handled professionally.
• Drives department performance to meet customer satisfaction, productivity, and operational goals.
• Manages vendor relationships, cost, margins, and SLAs; creates vendor P&Ls.
• Participates in staffing, orientation, and training; assists with scheduling.
