MICRO CENTER is seeking a self-motivated, results-oriented Service Operations Supervisor for the Computer Service Repair and Knowledge Bar. Lead the service team, oversee parts ordering, inventory control, and vendor relations while ensuring top customer service and store performance.

Required are a high school diploma and 1+ year supervisory experience; A+ and Apple certifications due within 120 days. This full-time role offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities at Micro Center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor’s preferred.
• A+ and Apple certifications required within 120 days of hire.
• Ability to communicate professionally and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the Computer Service Repair Department and Knowledge Bar associates.
• Ensure parts orders and returns are accurate and timely; manage stock quality control.
• Handle inventory counts, turns, obsolescence and markdowns with Service Purchasing.
• Maintain customer service standards; resolve difficult customer situations professionally.
• Drive department performance to meet customer satisfaction, productivity, income, and efficiency goals.
• Manage vendor relationships including parts cost, margin, and SLAs; create vendor P&Ls.
• Participate in staffing, orientation, and training; assist with scheduling.
• Maintain shop’s technical certification level for proper service/repair.
