Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of business experience in sales and/or operations with at least 3 years in field leadership, preferably in service/security industries.
• Experience in organizational effectiveness, operations management, and P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage the activities of the Commercial Service workforce.
• Ensure the group meets gross profit objectives through field productivity, scheduling, billings, and cost control.
• Supervise staffing, deployment, and personnel processes, including performance reviews.
• Prepare proposals for potential clients and manage budgets and revenues.
• Coordinate activities to maximize resource utilization and timely task completion.
• Provide sales support to keep service field technicians productive.
