Job summary

Everon is seeking a seasoned leader to plan, implement, and manage the Commercial Service workforce across multiple sites. You will oversee field productivity, scheduling, billings, and cost controls to drive gross profit and ensure efficient resource utilization.

Responsibilities include supervising staffing, procurement coordination, and delivering timely proposals while maintaining strong customer service and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of business experience in sales and/or operations, with a minimum of 3 years of related Field Leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage the Commercial Service workforce.
• Ensure the group meets gross profit objectives through field productivity, scheduling, maximizing billings, and cost control.
• Provide supervision and personnel deployment, utilization, and materials purchasing coordination to maximize profit.
• Supervise indirect costs and expenses below budget levels.
• Prepare proposals for potential clients and coordinate budget reporting.
• Set realistic schedules for self and subordinates to ensure resource utilization and timely task completion.
