• Supervise and coordinate Service Representatives handling service orders and customer complaints.
• Monitor service calls for demeanor, technical accuracy, and policy compliance.
• Ensure vendor parts and retailer labor are recovered per policy.
• Review contractor bills to ensure accurate charges.
