Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager for its Leola, PA manufacturing facility (Skyline Homes).

The role supervises the Service Department, coordinates service orders and customer inquiries, and leads scheduling and workflow to maintain efficient operations. Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s degree with 5–7 years of related experience, excellent customer service and leadership skills, and the ability to travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• Five to seven years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates Service Representatives handling service orders and customer complaints.
• Ensures procedures and schedules are followed to expedite workflow.
• Recommends corrective services to address customer concerns and ensures proper recovery of parts and labor.
