Job summary

Westrax Machinery, Inc. in Long Beach, CA is hiring a Service Manager to lead all service operations at our Long Beach and Corona locations.

You will oversee customer relations, budgeting, and the training of service staff, while ensuring safety and high service standards. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in heavy equipment management or product support, strong people skills, and a proven ability to build relationships with customers and teams.

Qualifications

• A minimum 3-5 years of experience in heavy equipment management or product support is required.
• Must be people-oriented with the ability to build business relationships
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills are required
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite, smartphones, and tablets
• The ability to lead and train all service technicians is necessary
• Earthmoving equipment knowledge is a plus
• A high school diploma or its equivalent is required

Responsibilities

• Lead all service operations and customer relations.
• Oversee P&L budgeting for the service department.
• Train all service employees.
• Supervise the service technicians' work area.
• Prioritize work orders and ensure safety protocols are followed.
