Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Extensive repair and maintenance experience on self-propelled platforms and lifts.
• Knowledge of work planning, scheduling and supervisory activities.
• Strong understanding of equipment capabilities and safety requirements.
• Planning and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages the repair and maintenance of company owned and customer equipment.
• Prepares work schedules and handles service calls to meet customer needs.
• Orders parts to maintain adequate supplies and trains staff mechanics.
• Works with vendors to learn maintenance requirements of new equipment.
• Documents equipment status before and after rental and handles warranties.
• Create, update, close and bill work orders; file warranty claims.
• Promote safety awareness and perform quality control checks.
• Maintain comprehensive service records and generate reports.
