Responsibilities

• Process work orders in a timely manner daily.
• Submit warranty claims daily.
• Delegate and direct service tasks; monitor progress.
• Deliver positive customer service with knowledge and guidance.
• Maintain relations with manufacturing reps and manage invoices.
• Process new orders and track inventory.
• Train new employees in procedures, safety, and processes.
• Stay up to date with industry standards and innovations.
• Monitor workflow and time; ensure safety and compliance.
• Other tasks as requested by management.
