Job summary

123 Equipment Solutions – A Tech24 Company in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of service orders and act as the GM's right hand. This role emphasizes safety, process discipline, and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in service or operations management.
• Strong business acumen with working knowledge of P&L and financials.
• Experience managing day-to-day operations in a high-volume service setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations from intake through billing and revenue recognition.
• Lead a team fostering safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as HR contact and reduce reliance on corporate HR for routine matters.
• Drive metrics including days-to-complete and utilization against targets.
• Maintain customer relationships through site visits and follow-up on service commitments.
• Utilize Power BI and GE platforms to monitor performance data and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Lead Dispatcher, Field Service Manager, and accounting on cross-functional tasks.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding technicians with Talent Acquisition.
