Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Service Manager to lead our Service Technician team, overseeing equipment maintenance, service routes, and daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two+ years in equipment service or related field.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with DOT readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Service Technicians.
• Schedule daily service routes and assign workloads.
• Conduct ride-alongs and performance evaluations.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Monitor service response times and productivity.
• Support technicians with complex repairs.
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and equipment.
• Build relationships with customers and resolve escalations.
• Ensure safety, DOT compliance, and proper vehicle upkeep.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
