Job summary

Carolina Cat is seeking a results-driven supervisor to schedule and coordinate technicians in the Service department, focusing on quality, reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

This role requires experience in hydraulics, prior service-management or supervisor experience, and strong PC skills (Excel, Access, Word). CDL certification preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or technical degree with relevant management experience as described.
• Minimum years of experience in hydraulics and service management as stated.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily job assignments for each mechanic and manage work-in-progress.
• Maintain customer communication and provide timely status updates.
• Review time cards, service reports, and work orders for accuracy before closing.
• Coordinate parts needs and support for technicians with Parts Department.
• Provide technical assistance and liaise with factory contacts when needed.
• Lead monthly meetings and appraise technician performance.
