Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a relevant field, or a related two-year/technical program with supervisory experience.
• At least 5 years of hydraulics experience and 2+ years in a supervisor role.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily job assignments for technicians and manage priorities to maximize customer service.
• Monitor COD and credit policy adherence with the Service Accountant and Credit Manager.
• Review time cards, service reports, and job closures for accuracy before finalizing.
• Coordinate parts and equipment needs with Parts Department to ensure timely repairs.
• Provide technical assistance and coordinate with factory contacts for complex issues.
