Job summary

You will develop procedures, monitor performance, manage Baseplan ERP, and drive improvements in customer satisfaction while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in service management roles (rental exp preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of budgeting and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations of service/repair department.
• Ensure all customer service needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and implement procedures for service operations.
• Identify problem areas and recommend solutions.
• Monitor service personnel performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Monitor Baseplan ERP accuracy.
• Monitor parts and materials inventory.
• Maintain relationships with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Train, coach, and motivate service personnel.
• Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
• Track and report on service metrics.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
