Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire service operation after paid training.
• Motivate the service team to deliver the world’s best service with safety.
• Recruit top talent on the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management.
• Oversee Ride-Along program and performance metrics.
• Ensure customer expectations are met with empathetic service.
