Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Service Manager to lead a high-performance team and deliver top-quality pest control service. You’ll train and develop Orkin Pros, recruit talent, and ensure customer satisfaction through empathetic, professional service.

The role includes a company vehicle, competitive pay, and growth opportunities within a mission-driven company. Orkin’s training program provides all tools and technology needed to succeed, with a focus on safety, integrity, and innovation in serving homes

Qualifications

Sales experience preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

Lead an entire service operation and motivate the team to provide top-notch service.
Demonstrate leadership to earn customer trust with know-how and empathy.
Engage heavily with customers and employees; drive safety and professionalism.
Assist with recruiting and training of Orkin Pros.
Oversee training meetings and ride-along program.
Ensure customer expectations are met through inspections and actions.
