Job summary

Willard Heating and Cooling is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to oversee daily operations of our service and fleet teams. You will mentor technicians, manage customer relations, warranties and billing, and drive top performance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, problem-solving, and effective communication with customers and managers. Prior ServiceTitan knowledge and HVAC-related experience are preferred for our Texas operation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years proven management experience.
• Strong leadership to grow a technician team.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Ability to train and diagnose equipment.
• Excellent communication and sales-driven attitude.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a team of technicians weekly.
• Manage callbacks and field solutions with the team.
• Maintain documentation for jobsite analyses.
• Ensure safety protocols and vehicle stock.
• Prepare quotes and update customers and managers.
• Meet performance goals and after-hours availability.
• Oversee service department operations.
