Job summary

Elmer's Home Services in San Antonio, TX is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our residential service department. You will oversee technicians, ensure quality diagnostics, scheduling, and customer satisfaction, while coaching staff and upholding safety standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 7 years in residential HVAC service, 3 years in leadership, EPA certification, and strong communication and organizational skills; familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of residential HVAC service experience.
Minimum 3 years in leadership or supervisory roles within HVAC.
EPA Certification required.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency with HVAC service software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of HVAC Service Technicians.
Oversee daily field operations and technician scheduling.
Ensure diagnostic accuracy, repair quality, and safety compliance.
Provide ongoing training and coaching.
Maintain department reporting and performance to senior leadership.
Collaborate with dispatch and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
