Responsibilities

• Oversee service requests from intake to confirmed completion.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians based on urgency, geography, and workload.
• Develop remote troubleshooting procedures to reduce site visits.

• Establish standard labor times for recurring service types.
• Analyze service trends and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with warehouse to manage parts with proper tracking and returns.
• Report weekly on service performance and staffing needs.
